Fee Structures
We recognise at BellPress that long-term relationships are earned, not locked in by contracts.
BellPress only recommends retainers once we’ve developed an understanding of your business and can demonstrate that a retainer will offer you value over a longer period of time.
BellPress offers the following fee structures:
Fixed-price Press Release
If your company is less than two years old we charge £249, whereas if you have been trading for more than two years our fixed fee is £449 + VAT.

Fixed-fee Project
BellPress project fees are calculated at a reduced rate and depending on project size and complexity we will provide a fixed fee quotation for delivery of advised and agreed activities.
Retainer
We may recommend a monthly retainer package, usually having already worked with you to provide a fixed-price press release or following the delivery of a value driven itemised and fixed-fee project. A retainer is designed to provide you with the best outcomes and value on an ongoing basis. We will advise a fixed monthly fee to deliver recurring activities that align with your wider objectives.
